Google Assassin – The Case Study on DJK Part 2

Before I forget I am going to put a link up to a Squidoo lens I did earlier you guys should all have one of these.. I used a few tricks I picked up from one that ranked really high at google for a guy in another “niche”.

Here is the lens on Google Assassin Ebook review by some clown I happen to know personally.. There is actually a pretty cool YouTube video I found and added on there. It’s of some dude who is just using Camtasia while he surfs around and shows his brutal PPC campaign numbers PRE-Assassin, and then shows improvements POST Google Assassin.. Worth checking out, if for no other reason then to see yet another marketing slant… (using video)

Ok I am going to post just a few more things regarding the Google Assassin project that I have undertaken here, and I have decided for the time being to run some keywords through more testing before I post them here and show my campaign.. As it is, there really are TOO many keywords to choose from if I decide to go for the traditional approach of PPC advertising.. I want to go for what works and what WILL NOT take much maintenance.. I assume keywords such as “GOOGLE ASSASSIN”, “ASSASIN”, “ASASSIN”, “BUY GOOGLE ASSASSIN” and others will be in the mix, but I want to expand to a few that will net a lot of traffic (semi targetted) and will only cost me .06 to .09 cents…That will take a little more digging on my part, but as soon as I get them, I will post them here (within the day).

For now, I am going to setup a sweet sales page (landing page) where my intentions are probably not the norm.. what I want to do is get the PPC surfers email, as WELL as I want to push them along to the Google Assassin merchant site. Would guys normally do this off Google PPC traffic? I honestly don’t think so.. I see more guys doing the opposite.. I see them pushing surfers DIRECTLY to the merchant with their Aff Id’s embeddded in the URL.. This is costing PPC advertisers though, as the big G has decided to Slap them with huge Ad prices, or in fact removed their ads altogether. Kinda not surprising, as basically 5 of the top 10 sponsors are all sending traffic to the same page. G wants some variation.. So I am going to pull on my years of adult developping to build what I think Google will consider a FAIR and acceptable landing page, in comparison to what is currently out there… I will show this landing page to you guys too.
